"Touch of Frostbite"

Meet Morana DeWinter.

This was actually a naruto-verse character, believe it or not, from a long time ago. A friend of mine convinced me to try a group roleplaying forum he created, but seen as I'm not a 'narutard' I wanted to put my own unique twist on my character.

In this case Morana (cookies to those who knows where the name comes from) has a particular bloodline called Shimoyake no Tacchi. As we were allowed to create our own bloodlines, and everyone was going with "their eyes are this colour etc..." I decided to put the sign of my rare bloodline in her flesh instead of just her eyes.

-Visual/Physical Attributes- The user will have pale skin so white it'll carry a discreet and subtle blue tint. Her blood is a deep navy blue and as a result her lips, the rim around her eyes, tongue, gums, fingertips etc are blue in shade as well.

It's to be noted that I designed the bloodline to be maternally passed down to any female child who is compatible with it.

For her abilities:

-Effects- Its user is deathly cold to the touch. Her presence sucks all heat out of a room (within a 20ft radius outdoors on a scorching hot day, further on a colder one). At an early stage, she has control over ice and the forms it takes. Eventually as she gets older and trains more, she will be able to (upon touch) freeze her opponent's blood directly in their veins and arteries. The resultant freezing will slowly creep outwards (traveling quicker along veins and whatnot), and will eventually kill off the surface skin and muscle until it completely consumes her opponent. This attack, the (yet to be named) is very slow, very painful, very lethal and impossible to cure. Survivors of the (yet to be named attack), unless they are versed in bringing the dead back to life, usually end up having to cut off the affected limb(s), or else the dead, frost-bitten flesh will turn septic over time.

It is also to be noted that many of these abilities were discovered by Morana because she is, in fact, at least half-dead herself. The story behind that, however, is long and I have to keep some things a secret, neh?

She works solely as an assassin almost to the extent of seeming like a puppet considering she rarely ever speaks. Instead all you hear is the eerie rasping breath through the metal face guard. Her personality is also very cold and unforgiving, and she has often been accused of being sadistic.

On an artistic point of view:

I had dragged this piece out of my WIP folder as a warm-up piece to remind my hand how to draw; more or less because I want =Tex777's commission to be as good as possible and not a product of a rusted hand.

... and I dare say I outdid myself. I am very proud of the metal and the fur. Heck I'm proud of the overall picture.
